Visitors to Jurassic World by Brickman® begin their journey by walking through the iconic 4-metre-tall Jurassic World gates to experience the Isla Nublar.

2.5 million lego® bricks
to build with

In the Jurassic World by Brickman® experience, LEGO® brick fanatics will have an opportunity to show off their own building skills.

The hands-on exhibition features a myriad of activities, including island-building, LEGO® brick paleontology and discovery through mystery mosaics, hybrid dinosaur creation, learning to track a dinosaur by creating species footprints, and even building escape vehicles to get away from a T.rex. With 2.5 million bricks to play with, creativity will not be in short supply!

track dinosaurs across isla nublar

Visitors will experience the inner workings of the Jurassic World lab where dinosaurs are genetically engineered, before venturing to the baby dinosaur enclosure, where a life-size Brachiosaurus weighing well over 1.8 tonnes awaits!

They will continue their journey by learning how to track dinosaurs across the island before encountering escaped Velociraptors Blue and Delta, and of course, an enormous T.rex — a favourite of many Jurassic World fans.

event information

Date: 8 December 2023 - 14 July 2024
Venue: Queensland Museum, Brisbane.

Inside Jurassic World by Brickman you’ll encounter over 50 large-scale dinosaurs, props and scenes from the blockbuster Jurassic World franchise, including life-size dinosaurs in our petting zoo, a Brachiosaurus you can walk underneath, minifig dioramas, and photo opportunities to recreate some of the most iconic moments from the films — including getting up close and personal with 2 life-size velociraptors!  You’ll build your own mini Jurassic World and dinosaur footprints, create hybrid dinosaurs, help assemble enormous LEGO® brick mystery mosaics, and even build your own escape vehicles to get away from our 1 tonne T.rex model!

We have added an all-new life-size LEGO brick dinosaur- the fearsome Baryonyx! Weighing in at 400kg, this newest Jurassic World by Brickman dinosaur took 790 hours to design and was created using 102,317 LEGO® bricks. She is 4.8m long, over 1.5m wide and stands 2.5m high.

Over 2 years, 6 million LEGO® bricks and 10,000 build hours have gone into the creation of Jurassic World by Brickman®, making it the biggest exhibition we’ve ever created — and we can’t wait for you to see it!

It is strongly recommended to pre-book to secure a preferred session time.

What is your refund policy?

+

-

Under normal circumstances we would try and move tickets to another day, however if that is not possible we will assess refund requests on a case by case basis.

Session times – how long can we stay in session?

+

-

Group bookings

+

-

For 10 or more tickets, contact Ticketek’s group/premium products team HERE.

What if I need to change my tickets?

+

-

To change your tickets you will need to contact Ticketek- you can complete their online form here

It is under help on their website.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

+

-

Yes we do! Card holders are admitted free with a fully paid ticket (concession or otherwise)- no need to book a ticket for them, just ensure they have the cards with them when you arrive.

Can you buy tickets at the door?

+

-

Yes, subject to availability tickets will be available at Queensland Musuem. We do however recommend that you book in advance online as sessions regularly sell out.

From what age will children be charged for entry?

+

-

Children 3 years and over will be charged entry.

Why can't I book when a session says it is 'available'?

+

-

Unfortunately, because sessions are selling out so fast and have strict capacity limits to comply with COVID rules, sometimes there were only a handful of slots left in a session- so it may say "available" but if your ticket order was for more than is available, then it won’t let you proceed. If you can’t even get 2 tickets, then that means there’s only 1 slot ( 1 person) left available in those sessions for example. When you go into a session, if it says “limited availability” at the top, that means there is less than 10 slots left, most likely less than 5.

What is the age limit for children’s tickets?

+

-

The age limit for children's tickets is 15 years old and under.

Are food and drinks allowed?

+

-

Food and beverages are not permitted in the Exhibition.

What are the Parking and Transport Options?

+

-

Please see the How to get there & parking page for more information of how to get there and accesibility options.

Are we able to take photographs?

+

-

Yes, although commercial photography is not permitted.

Will Ryan be at the event?

+

-

Ryan will be visiting the exhibition periodically for special events - stay tuned to our social media for updates!
